Women Inspiring NextGen (WIN) is an all-volunteer, Women's Giving Circle that dedicates the charitable dollars of its members to support nonprofit organizations which provide critical opportunities and resources for underserved youth in the Greater Los Angeles area. Given that we are an all-volunteer organization, we are committed to granting at least 97% of our donations directly to nonprofit grants, with the rest going only to basic administrative costs.
For most of us, large-scale donations may be in our hearts, but are beyond our individual means. By donating collectively, we can make large-scale awards reality and with greater impact. You will see how your donation of $1,000 quickly turns
into $100,000 and the force it may have. Women's Giving Circles have been around for a long time because women understand the power that
comes with working together for just causes.
